CORRECTION: About changes in Board of Directors of IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” and open-ended investment funds management

This is to inform that on IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” Council meeting
(Protocol Nr. 04/2008) held at 07.03.2008 was decided to make changes in
Company's Board of Directors. 
Where with 13.03.2008 the Register of Enterprises was made a decision to
appoint Pavel Komarov to a Chairman of the Board and Andrey Chesalin to a
Member of the Board from 19.03.2008. According to the changes made at
06.03.2008, the Company's Board had been called to a meeting. The Board made a
decision to approve Andrey Chesalin as open-ended investment fund “Baltic Index
fund', “Government bond fund” and “International equity fund of funds” manager.
This decision will be valid after the registration in The Financial and Capital
Market Commission. 
After the changes the Board consists of three members: Pavel Komarov (Chairman
of the Board) and Andrey Chesalin (Member of the Board).
