This is to inform that in “Baltikums Asset Management” extraordinary shareholders meeting (Protocol Nr. 02/2008) held at 07.03.2008, a decision was made for changes in Public Council. In this connection at 13.03.2008 the Register of Enterprises accepted Alexander Peskov and Aldis Reims as members of Council of IJSC “Baltikums Asset Management” from 19.03.2008.
