Draft decision of the current shareholders' meeting of April 18, 2008 according
to the meeting agenda:
1. Statements by the Board and the Council.
To approve statements made by the Board and the Council.
2. Approval of the report 2007 of the joint stock company “Kurzemes CMAS”.
To approve the report for 2007 of a/s “Kurzemes CMAS”.
3. Utilization of the profit gained in 2007.
The Board has a proposal that from the profit LVL 96919,00 (ninety six
thousands nine hundreds nineteen) to pay out as dividends to shareholders LVL
0.05 (five santims) per one share that amounts to LVL 21900,00 (twenty one
thousand nine hundreds), channeling the rest of the profit to the development
needs of the company.
The date of calculation of dividends is proposed May 26, 2008; the date of
payment of dividends is proposed May 28, 2008.
4. Releasing of the Board and Council members from responsibilities for
activities during the accounting year 2007.
To release the Board and Council members from responsibilities for activities
in the accounting year 2007.
5. Approval of the budget for 2008 and the plan of activities;
To approve the budget for 2008 and the plan of activities:
1. Revenues in total LVL 835 000, incl.:
- sales of bioproducts LVL 530 000;
- provision of services LVL 110 000;
- sales of grain LVL 70 000;
- sales of animals LVL 40 000;
- materials, animal feed LVL 35 000;
- State subsidies LVL 35 000;
- Other revenues LVL 15 000
2. Expenditures in total LVL 812 000
- production costs LVL 562 000;
- acquisition of breeding bulls and semen LVL 100 000
- repairs LVL 100 000;
- equipment, machinery LVL 50 000
3. Plan of activities:
a) to optimize production and sales of bioproducts of bulls and boars;
b) to make the necessary repair of laboratories, production premises and
modernization of technology;
c) to continue the development of grain sector;
d) to develop provision of services connected with breeding;
e) to seek solution to reduction of costs of products and services.
