Paradigm Management Services Expands Customer-Centric Sales Force by Adding Three Vice Presidents

CONCORD, CA--(Marketwire - April 3, 2008) - Paradigm

the most recent additions and promotions to its New Business Sales Team.
Jim Paugh has been named Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Mike
Hernandez as Vice President of Sales - East and Bill Baker as Vice
President of Sales - West.

Jim Paugh joins Paradigm with a long history in the risk management arena
with his most recent position at Deloitte Consulting's Risk Management
Division, where he developed a workers' compensation claims predictive
model. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim spent 17 years as a principal of
Lynch, Ryan & Paugh focusing on workers' compensation cost control. Jim
will be responsible for sales consulting and large self-funded employers.
Mike Hernandez joins Paradigm with nearly 20 years of experience in the
workers' compensation space. He's held executive sales roles with
Intracorp, Concentra, Aetna and BTE Technologies. Throughout his career he
has successfully developed new sales programs within organizations in both
national and international markets.
Bill Baker joined Paradigm in January and due to his leadership skills has
been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the western half of the
country. Bill and Mike will be accountable for sales across the country
and will utilize their combined workers compensation experience to assist
in meeting Paradigm's growth strategies.
