Sage Software Opens New Richmond, B.C. Campus, Including New Global R&D Centre for Sage Accpac ERP and Simply Accounting by Sage

RICHMOND, BC--(Marketwire - April 3, 2008) - Sage Software announced today the opening of its new facility in Richmond to house the Canadian operations and global development teams for its market-leading Sage Accpac ERP and Simply Accounting by Sage product lines. The new building, which Sage Software has leased on a long-term basis, is immediately south of the former Sage Software Richmond operations centre, and is located at 13888 Wireless Way. The new campus currently houses approximately 400 employees, with room for up to 650.

PK Group of Companies, in consortium with Wireless Way Equities Inc., a subsidiary of Greystone Managed Investments Inc. and Tonko Realty Advisors Ltd., built the new facility for Sage Software, whose Sage Accpac ERP and Simply Accounting by Sage product lines have been key drivers of the technology industry in the Greater Vancouver area for nearly 30 years. Today's opening is the culmination of construction which began with the initial groundbreaking ceremony on June 29, 2006.
