A twenty-year legal and financial industry veteran, DiChiara has formerly been associated with the nationally-recognized firms of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP.

He has additionally served on the boards of both publicly-traded and non-profit entities and is currently the Deputy Mayor of the Village of Mount Kisco.
