The Asian Practice is comprised Asher Levitsky and Benjamin Tan, who are Of Counsel to the firm and Jessica Yuan, an associate. Both Mr. Tan, and Ms. Yuan are fluent in Mandarin (Chinese). The members of the group will be primarily focusing on reverse mergers and corporate finance and securities-related work originating from the Asia Pacific and Greater China regions, including Vietnam.
