Mark Howell, has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Wireless Foundation, a non-profit organization established by the membership of CTIA-The Wireless Association(r) ("CTIA"). Mr. Howell has served on the Board of Directors of The Wireless Foundation Board since 1999.
