Nomination of Mienke Schaberg as supervisory director of DPA Flex

After consultation with the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board of DPA Flex Group N.V. (DPA FLEX), intends to nominate drs. A.W. (Mienke) Schaberg (51) as a member of the Supervisory Board for the organisation. The nomination will be put to vote at an extraordinary general meeting to be called in the very near future.

 

The Supervisory Board of DPA Flex has based its choice on the excellent knowledge and experience of Ms Schaberg in the field of staffing services as well as on her management experience. The members of the Supervisory Board believe that Ms Schaberg will be a valuable addition to the present knowledge and experience within the organisation.

 

Ms Schaberg was born on July 6, 1956. During a long period of time, she fulfilled various positions at Elsevier / Bonaventura. Subsequently, she was responsible for the television facilities of the Nederlands Omroepproduktie Bedrijf (Dutch broadcast production company) for a number of years, after which she started as an independent entrepreneur in executive search and consultancy as a result of the takeover of Metaplan Consultants B.V. and the foundation of Wolters & Schaberg. She still is active as director of these companies.

In addition to this, Ms Schaberg fulfils various management positions at, among others, a number of associations and foundations of different kinds.
