according to section 21, paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
that as of April 17, 2008, they have gone below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in LANXESS AG and hold 2.90% of the voting rights. This
corresponds to 2,415,096 voting rights.
All voting rights are in their entirety attributed to AQR Capital
Management, LLC. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
