TEEMU KANGAS-KÄRKI APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR FISKARS CORPORATION    

Mr. Teemu Kangas-Kärki M.Sc. (Econ) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer  
(CFO) for Fiskars Corporation.  He will report to the President and CEO Kari    
Kauniskangas and will be a member of the Corporate Management Team.             

Kangas-Kärki is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Alma Media Oyj, a      
Finnish media corporation. He will assume his duties at Fiskars Corporation not 
later than October 2008.
