Amendment to the 29.04.2008 announcement on changes in the Management Board of AS „Latvijas balzams”.

Today, on April 29, 2008, at new elected Supervisory board meeting of AS
„Latvijas balzams” new members of the Management Board were elected, due to the
fact that actual chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Rolands Gulbis, left his
position, and the following members of the Management Board - Mr. Aleksandrs
Jerņevs and Mr. Valižans Abidovs are elected to the Supervisory Board of
„Latvijas balzams”. The following persons were elected as members of the
Management Board: Mr. Kārlis Andersons - as the chairman of the Board (during
last 3 years has worked as CFO of SIA VP Market and AS Latvijas Balzams), head
of production - Mr. Ronalds Žarinovs (during last 3 years has been head of
production ) and head of personal and administrative department - Ms. Signe
Bīdermane (during last 3 years has worked in the same department, currently
head of the department); Mr. Sergejs Ļimarenko and Mr. Egils Dzerelis will
continue performing their duties as the members of the Management Board. Newly
elected Board members do not possess shares of AS Latvijas balzams.
