Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 07, 2008 , UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany, ISIN: DE0007251803, WKN:
725180, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 23,
2008  and now amount to 2.84% (this corresponds to 1665775 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 917877 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
