Eschborn, 14 May 2008. In the partial fiscal year 2007/2008 (1.10.07 to
31.3.08), the energy service provider Techem was able to increase its
revenue in comparison with the same period of the previous year, according
to preliminary and unaudited data. Revenue was up by 12 percent, from 285.9
million to 320.3 million euros.  EBIT remained virtually unchanged, at 53.7
million euros (previously 53.6 million), as did EBITDA at 83.1 million
euros (82.8 million the previous year). Recurring EBIT without one-off
extraordinary factors stood at 59.1 million euros (previous year: 58.4
million). The biomass heating plant at Eisenberg, which was sold on 31
March 2008, placed a strain on the result for the last time.
