Eindhoven, May 14, 2008 – Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. today announces
its preliminary, unaudited figures for fiscal year 2007. In total the
company generated revenues of 12.2m euros, an EBIT of -0.5m euros and
pre-tax earnings of -0.4m euros.

Navigator’s subsidiary IT Competence Group N.V contributed positively to
the overall performance with revenues amounting to 11.7m euros, an EBIT of
0.3m euros and a pre-tax profit of 0.1m euros. The participation in Kaldron
N.V., acquired at the end of the third quarter 2007 and consolidated for
the first time in the fourth quarter of 2007, contributed 0.4m euros in
revenues. EBIT amounted to -26k euros and pre-tax earnings were -21k euros.
