Axfood Närlivs renews contract with OKQ8

A new three-year contract has been reached between Axfood Närlivs AB and OKQ8
AB. The contract, which takes effect on 1 June 2008, covers supplies of
newsstand and retail food products to OKQ8's service station stores in Sweden.
The contract entails that sales to OKQ8 will remain roughly at the same level as
during the previous agreement term, i.e., approximately SEK 500 m per year.
Axfood Närlivs has supplied newsstand and retail food products to OKQ8 since
2000.

46% of the shares.
