Release of a Voting Rights announcement

In accordance with sec. 21 sub-section 1 of the WpHG we have received on
May 13th, 2008 the following notification from JPMorgan Asset Management
(UK) Limited, London, United Kingdom:
On behalf of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited we announce pursuant to
section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 7th May 2008 JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights and now amounts to 2.92 %, corresponding to 100,813 voting rights.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG.

Management Holdings Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights and now amounts to 2.93 %, corresponding to 101,188 voting rights.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

In accordance with sec. 21 sub-section 1 of the WpHG we have received on
May 14th, 2008 the following notification from JPMorgan Chase & Co., New
York, USA:
According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Roth & Rau
AG, An der Baumschule 6-8, 09337 Hohenstein-Ernstthal on the 9th May 2008
and now amounts 2.46%(84,721 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares.
The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 2.425% corresponding 83,659 of the voting rights. Furthermore,
the attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.031% corresponding to 1,062
of the voting rights.
