Addtech acquires Emcomp

On May 21, 2008, the Addtech Group's Industrial Solutions business
area signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Emcomp Holding AB.

Emcomp sells, via subsidiaries, customised components and sub-systems
in fields such as power supply, radio, fibre optics and displays. The
companies command a solid position in their customer and product
segments and represent leading manufacturers. The companies
contribute added value to their customers through product and
application know-how as well as through their familiarity with the
manufacturing conditions and products of customers, who are often
global. Emcomp has 10 employees and revenues of MSEK 72. The sellers
active in the companies will remain in management.

Emcomp is an excellent complement to the activities of the Addtech
Group's Customised Solutions business unit, focusing on customers and
applications with exacting and specialised requirements in signal and
power transmission.

Control of the shares will be transferred today, and the acquisition
is expected to have a marginal, positive effect on Addtech's earnings
per share for the current financial year.
