14 employees of TGS-NOPEC have today, May 22nd, 2008 exercised in total 245,000 stock options secured by warrants. 225,000 stock options were exercised from the award in August 2003 at an exercise price of NOK 20.8125 per share. 20,000 stock options were exercised from the award in August 2004 at an exercise price of NOK 30.- per share.
