BOISE, Idaho, May 23, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Boise State University has selected FieldTurf for the synthetic turf replacement at Bronco Stadium. The announcement was made by Boise State Athletic Director Gene Bleymaier and FieldTurf Tarkett CEO Joe Fields. The blue Astroplay field at Bronco Stadium lasted only six years. FieldTurf will be installing "Boise State Blue" turf in time for the Broncos' fall camp. The FieldTurf system is the same surface used by over 50 NCAA D-1 programs along with 21 out of the NFL's 32 teams.
