POSSIBLE SALE OF ITS 95.65% STAKE IN TÜRK   
TUBORG                                      

Further to our company announcement issued 27 March 2008 about signing of a     
Memorandum of Understanding regarding possible sale of Carlsberg's 95.65% stake 
in Türk Tuborg to CBC Group Carlsberg confirms that due diligence has been      
conducted and that negotiations are still going on.
