IC Companys A/S - Share Buyback
As previously informed the IC Companys A/S Board of Directors has resolved to
initiate a share buyback program. Under the program IC Companys A/S will buy own
shares for an amount of up to DKK 47 million until 31 July, 2008, cf. stock
exchange announcement no. 32 of 15 May, 2008.
During any one single trading day a maximum of 7,750 shares (ISIN code
DK0010221803) will be bought back, as the share buyback program is implemented
in accordance with the provisions of the European Commission's regulation no.
2273/2003 of December 22, 2003.
At least once every seven trading days, IC Companys A/S will issue an
announcement in respect of the transactions made under the program.

Following the above buyback IC Companys A/S owns a total of 1,173,732 shares at
a nominal value of DKK 10 equal to 6.5% of the total number of shares issued.
