Tiimari Plc has received information that Baltiska Handels A.B. acquired 13 284 
Tiimari shares on May 26, 2008. Baltiska Handels A.B. now holds 515,767 Tiimari 
Plc shares, exceeding one-twentieth (1/20) or 5.002 % of Tiimari Plc share      
capital and voting rights.                                                      

Tiimari capital consist of 10,311,070 issued shares.
