DLH acquires Finnish hardwood business

DLH is set to take over the hardwood operations of the Finnish business of
Puukeskus OY, which is well positioned in the Finnish hardwood market. The
acquired operations will considerably strengthen DLH's business in Finland.
Following the acquisition the group expects annual hardwood revenue in the
region of DKK 90 million in the Finnish market.
