OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has decided to move EpiCept Corporation (the Company) to the observation segment due to the fact that there is adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position.
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in EpiCept Corporation (ISIN code US2942642057 and orderbook ID 32838) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday June 2nd, 2008.
