On May 16, 2008 the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided to list the bonds (to be) issued according to Manutent Ltd bonds programme conditionally in the Exchange's bonds list. The Committee set June 3, 2008 as the day of evaluation of the conditions met. Today, June 3, 2008 the Listing and Surveillance Committee considered the conditional listing criteria met and decided as follows: 1. To consider the bonds (to be) issued under the bond issue programme in the gross nominal amount of EEK 1,000,000,000 to be listed in the Exchanges Bond List. 2. The decision on conditional listing of programme securities shall take effect with regard to the programme securities to be issued upon the specific resolution of the managing director of the Exchange provided that the conditions set in Listing Requirements clause 11.3.2. have been fulfilled. According to the decision of the Exchanges Managing Director, the listing decision has come to force about the first partial issue, that was issued in September 2007 in gross nominal amount of EUR 7,000,000.
