On 30 May 2008, FMĮ Orion Securities UAB finished issue of LTL 10.650.000
(EUR 3.084.453) nominal value 180 days maturity non-public Agrowill Group AB
coupon bonds emission.

Funds attracted by this bonds issue will be used for financing Companies
expansion projects. The Company is actively looking for investments both
in Lithuania, and "black earth region" (fertile soil region in Russia and 
other countries).
