WESTBURY, NY--(Marketwire - June 4, 2008) - The progressive online ad network, CPX Interactive, announces the
opening of their Milan, Italy office, the company's first outside of the US
and in line with their 2008 plans for global expansion. With corporate
headquarters in Westbury, New York (on Long Island) and additional offices
in New York City and Los Angeles, the ad network already boasts one of the
largest global footprints in the space (serving impressions in over 65
countries across the globe) as well as advertising clients on multiple
continents. The Italian office represents only the first step in a global
expansion plan that will soon include new offices in Spain, Turkey and
Argentina.
"As we travel abroad to meet with International partners and support our
International business, we continue to see the important role that CPX is
playing in bringing liquidity to foreign online markets," says CPX CEO Mike
Seiman. "Rather than having to work through a US office, or even with a
newly transplanted US office staffer, we find that International clients
and agencies would rather work with a more progressive company that brings
real local people and faces to its expansion plans."
CPX has tapped local Italian Internet veteran, Massimo Fontana, to head
operations in the new Milan office. Fontana brings considerable experience
in building out online divisions for US and European companies (Fontana was
first employee of MSN.it and a key player in the development of
AltaVista.it, now a Yahoo! company). Fontana also brings to the table a
background in the International financial markets and, more recently, in
the interactive mobile space -- having served in senior roles at both
Ericsson and Dada.net.
Keen to develop the full potential of the Italian online ad space, Fontana
explains, "The Italian market is really just starting to take advantage of
the new offerings provided by online ad networks and, by establishing a
local presence, CPX Interactive is seizing a great opportunity for both
itself and the market."
Putting the recent move into a corporate growth perspective, CPX COO, Rob
Rasko, says, "Moving forward, we expect that our early engagement of the
booming international online markets will represent one of the largest
factors pointing toward our continued growth, both in terms of impressions
and revenue. We really believe that a quality global footprint will be a
key differentiator for CPX Interactive over the next few years."
As a progressive online ad network and global marketing company, CPX
Interactive is redefining the online advertising landscape. By layering
ROI-driven strategies on top of its own global distribution model, the
company offers clients more than just the promise of a successful campaign
-- it actually possess the means to deliver successful campaigns.
