On June 03, 2008 , KF 15 Verwaltungs GmbH, München, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Highlight Communications AG, Pratteln, Schweiz, ISIN:
CH0006539198, WKN: 920299, have fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on May 28, 2008  and now amount to 0.21% (this
corresponds to 99257 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.21% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 99257 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from KF 15  GmbH & Co. KG.
