TGS: New Share Capital registered

The 245,000 new shares following the stock option exercises as notified Oslo Stock Exchange on May 22nd 2008 were registered in the Company Register in Brønnøysund, June 6th 2008. The Share Capital of TGS-NOPEC is thereafter 106,439,800 shares at a nominal value of NOK 0.25 per share. Certificate of Registration has been sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
