Decision of the VSE Management Board (09-06-2008, Minutes No. 08-55). Pursuant to clause 38.12 of the VSE Rules, the VSE Management Board has resolved to terminate Membership of the VSE to Nordnet Bank AB as of June 16, 2008. Nordnet has been a member of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius exchanges starting from March 16, 2005, but has made the decision not to offer trading on the Baltic markets for their customers.
