We have been informed by our F1-customers about changed business conditions
throughout the course of the year 2008. Due to the upcoming changes in
F1-FIA regulation, the F1 teams are expecting partly significant budget
restrictions. As a consequence reduced business volumes will be placed at
the supply base.

Alphaform expects negative implications to the 2. quarter results. We will
establish counter measures to balance our business portfolio.
