Equities: Sigma AB transferred back from the observation segment (145/08)

Sigma AB was placed on the observation segment on March 28th, 2008 because the company was subject to a public offer from Askerö Utveckling AB. Today June 12th, 2008, Askerö Utveckling AB announced that the public offer is withdrawn.  

With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Sigma AB (ISIN code SE0000835217 and order book ID 14531) shall be transferred back to its ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday, June 13th, 2008.
