Michael Fronstin was promoted to Chief Operating Officer from Vice President, Business Development. Fronstin has more than a decade of marketing research and marketing experience. In his new role, Fronstin will continue to lead the Company's business development efforts and add the Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) function to his leadership responsibilities. By bringing his solution-oriented leadership style to the HEOR function, Fronstin will help health economists and outcomes researchers more deeply appreciate how NHWS can be used to solve their business challenges.
Larry Weingarten moves to Executive Vice President, Research Services & Systems, from Senior Vice President. Weingarten has more than two decades of marketing research and survey experience. In his new role, Weingarten will continue to provide oversight to NHWS in the U.S., U.K., Germany, France, Italy and Spain and play a leadership role in the 2008 launch of NHWS in Japan.
Deborah Freedman was promoted from Director to Vice President, Business Development, where she will use her more than 14 years of business development and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries to further help clients meet their business challenges.
Ariella Dugan advances from Manager to Director of Research Services, providing the link between the client and the field operations group, and overseeing study activities and research analysts.
