The press release including tables can be downloaded from the following link: Press release (PDF) * Mineralised core sections from the new drill holes towards the south lode of Pampalo confirm that it continues downwards with approximate grades and size as in already known parts of the south lode * The results of the drill program implies that significant parts of the mineral resources earlier classified as "inferred" can be upgraded to "indicated" in the southern lode. Pampalo * 10,1 gram gold/tonne (0,9 m in T - 441) * 7,1 gram gold/tonne (2,8 m in T - 443) * 4,9 gram gold/tonne (2,4 m in T - 446) * 6,7 gram gold/tonne (6,7m in T - 451) (core section's length and drill hole ID in parentheses) In February 2008 Endomines started a core drilling programme mainly to increase Pampalo's indicated mineral resources further. The drilling programme has been carried out in two stages. The drill hole in the first one, in which the southern gold ore lode's continuation downwards was examined, has been completed; see the target area in the picture below. The second stage, which has been started at the 15th May includes approximately 4 000 m of drilling. Intention is that some of the drill holes would hit the mineralisation deeper. (level -640). Caption: Cross section of Pampalo's auriferous lodes with the target area of the first stage pictured in the red box. North (green), central (red) and southern (blue) lodes. The holes drilled earlier are black. In the first stage of the drilling programme the total amount of the drill holes was 12 (921,35 m). SMOY drilled the cores with T-76T2 equipment giving a core of 61,7 mm. The core drilling was carried out from the new ramp and aimed to intercept the assumed southern lode with 20 m's spacing between the levels -360 and -400. Auriferous zone was found in every drilled hole. The mineralised core sections in holes which crossed the auriferous zone were up to 11 m long. The length of section is depending where and how the drilling intercepts the mineralised zone. Table 1: Gold contents in mineralised core sections and other drill hole information of the holes drilled by Endomines in Pampalo deposit 2008, Stage 1."I have received these drilling results with great satisfaction as they confirm our expectations that Pampalo deposit continues downwards with the preserved quality. The new drilling results from Pampalo reinforce our expectation that the drilling campaign's second stage gives us positive results with a significant addition to the Pampalo mine's ore reserves", says Timo Lindborg, CEO of Endomines AB. The information in this press release is based on the analysis results from the independent accredited laboratory Labtium Ab. The Company owns mining permits or claims over all the known gold deposits along the Karelian Gold Line, Pampalo mine among others wherein the Company aims at starting the operation in 2009. In addition, Endomines has claims for more gold deposits in Finnish Lapland. Besides gold, the Company is focusing on industrial mineral ilmenite which seems to have stable demand growth and price development. These ilmenite deposits exist in central Ostrobothnia. Endomines applies SveMin's and FAERI's common reporting rules for public mining and exploration companies. Endomines has decided to show the mineral resources according to the internationally accepted JORC or NI 43101 code. Endomines applies International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as the reporting standards for account principles and annual accounts practice.
