NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRING TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9, OF
THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT 


Affecto Plc has received a flagging notice stating that Aredendals Fossekompani
ASA ("AFK") will merge its subsidiaries Norsk Vekst ASA ("NOV") and Norsk Vekst
I AS ("NOV I") with itself. All three companies have owned Affecto's shares.
After the implementation of the merger, the direct holdings of AFK will
increase to approximately 5.53%. The total ownership of Arendals Fossekompani
group in Affecto, 5.53%, has not changed since the flagging notice of 27 August
2007.
