The 20 million euro syndicated loan agreement has been signed

On 20 June 2008 Šiaulių bankas signed an agreement regarding the syndicated loan
amounting in EUR 20 million. The loan facility is arranged by the German bank   
HSH Nordbank AG and the Austrian bank Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG, and 
the funds are provided by 8 banks in total.
