At the Annual General Meeting of June 26, 2008 in Zug, the shareholders of Private Equity Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors with a large majority. The Members of the Board, Messrs. Dr. Hans Baumgartner, Zurich, Dr. Hans Christoph Tanner, Horgen and Stuart D. Frankel, Baltimore/USA were re-elected for a term ending on the day of the 2009 Annual General Meeting.
