Eindhoven, June 27, 2008 – Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. announces its
preliminary, unaudited financial figures for the first quarter of 2008. The
company generated revenues of 4.2m euros. 3.1m euros were generated by IT
Competence Group N.V. and 1.1m euros are attributable to Kaldron N.V.

Due to write-downs on the book value of investments held for trading the
company’s net income for the period amounted to -1.0m euros. The
write-downs have to be seen in light of the overall capital market
performance in the first quarter of 2008. In the same period, the company’s
subsidiary IT Competence Group N.V. was profitable whereas Kaldron N.V.
generated a small loss of 49k euros (EBIT) due to its current accelerated
growth phase.

Based on the assumption that the capital markets will stabilise on current
levels, the management does not expect further significant write-downs of
the investment portfolio for the rest of the year. As for its operating
businesses, the company sees a positive development of its subsidiaries
throughout the fiscal year 2008.
