30 June 2008 – With agreement of the Supervisory Board of OnVista AG
(DE0005461602), the Executive Board member Michael W. Schwetje today
resigned from office effective at the end of 30 June 2008.

Michael W. Schwetje, co-founder of OnVista AG, had notified the Supervisory
Board already in February this year that he was not available for an
extension of his contract, which runs until 30 September 2008. In September
2007, Mr. Schwetje sold his stake in OnVista AG to the French Boursorama
S.A. Boursorama now holds more than 82 % of the capital stock. In light of
the imminent departure of Mr. Schwetje, the Supervisory Board of OnVista AG
had appointed Klaus-Jürgen Baum to the OnVista Executive Board as of 1 June
2008. He will be responsible for continuing the company’s strategic
reorientation towards its core business, Financial Markets.

With the departure of Michael W. Schwetje, the Chief Executive Officer,
Klaus-Jürgen Baum, becomes the sole Executive Director of the company. The
vacant position of Mr. Schwetje will not be filled for the time being.
