Addtech's holding of shares in treasury
During the month of June 2008 Addtech AB transferred a total of
85,500 class B shares in connection with redemption of personnel
options within the framework of Addtech's personnel option programme.
After the above transactions, Addtech's holding of shares in treasury
amount to 1,339,500 class B shares. The total number of shares
outstanding in Addtech amounts to 23,632,832. After deduction for
repurchased shares, the total number of shares outstanding stands at
22,293,332.
Change in the number of votes
During the month of June 2008 the number of votes in Addtech AB has
also changed as a result of shareholders converting class A shares to
class B shares in accordance with the Articles of Association. The
number of shares outstanding and the number of votes in Addtech AB
are shown in the table below:
