Northern European service bureau invests EUR 380,000 in ReadSoft

A large Northern European service bureau is expanding its use of
ReadSoft's solutions for Document Automation. By investing
approximately EUR 380,000 in licenses, the company will be able to
further automate the invoice handling for their customers.

This Market leading service bureau has grown rapidly, both
organically and through acquisitions, over the last five years. With
new legislation in the Nordic countries concerning requirements for
documentation, traceability and electronic invoices, the number of
documents that need to be handled has increased substantially. As the
market leader, this service bureau quickly realised the investments
required to handle the growing amount of documents, and put an
expansion plan into place. During the last couple of years, the
volumes and investments have grown substantially which is why they
have now chosen to upgrade their ReadSoft solutions.

The relationship with this customer goes back to 2001 when they
acquired their first ReadSoft license (ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Forms).
The partnership has grown to also include ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for
Invoices. Those two solutions now handle close to 100 million
documents annually for this service bureau. With the new licenses,
they expect to process approximately 15 million invoices a year and
thereby work even more efficiently. Looking ahead several years, most
of the documents will be handled electronically saving great amounts
