With effect from August 31, 2008 Dr. Marc Schulten, CFO, will resign from
his duties as managing director of IMW Immobilien AG after more than three
years successful work for the company in order to turn to other business.
This change should be seen in connection with the planned transformation of
IMW Immobilien AG into a European Corporation, Societas Europaea (SE),
which was resolved on an extraordinary shareholder meeting recently. By
this transformation it is intended to give up the dual principle (executive
committee and supervisory board) in favour of the board system (board of
directors). IMW AG is one of the ten biggest listed real estate companies
in Germany with properties of more than 900 million .
The Supervisory board thanked Dr. Marc Schulten for its engagement, who
will remain to the IMW-Group.
