The Feintool Group, a leading technology and systems provider and a global components supplier, is stepping up its search for strategic partners for its smallest segment, Plastic/Metal Components. The approach communicated at the results media conference in November 2007, which left all options open - including the involvement of a strong partner - is being pursued further with the support of an external firm of consultants. Feintool aims to secure a stronger positioning on the global markets for its Plastic/Metal Components segment, which is based at Mühlemann AG in Biberist. The negotiations will address possible equity holdings.
