On July 15, 2008 , J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited, London,
Great Britain has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG,
Birkenwerder, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen
below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 14, 2008  and now amount to
3.94% (this corresponds to 579198 Voting Rights).
3.94% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 579198 Voting Rights) are
attributable to J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited in accordance
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
