SPi Ranks High in the Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey Report
Rankings Solidify SPi's Position as a Top Electronic Discovery Services Provider

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 23, 2008) - SPi, a leading provider of electronic

today that it has been ranked as one of the Top 25 Electronic Discovery
Service Providers in the industry and one of the Top 10 Electronic
Discovery Service Providers for its Collection, Processing, Review, and

Top 20 for the Law Firm Rankings. The rankings were compiled as part of
the annual Socha-Gelbman Electronic Discovery Survey.
The Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey is a highly respected and
comprehensive report that examines the state of the electronic discovery
industry on an annual basis. Conducted by two independent consultants,
George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, the 2008 survey examines the state of
electronic discovery in 2007, compares the year's results with results from
the preceding five years, and makes projections for 2008 through 2009.
Data from a total of 115 organizations that provided or used electronic
discovery services or software was used in the survey process which spans a
period of nine months beginning October and ending in June.
