LOS ANGELES, July 24, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- UC Hub Group Inc (OTCBB:UCHB) announces it has mutually terminated the Letter of Intent to merge with privately held Voter Communications Inc.
Both UC Hub Group Inc and Voter Communications have determined it is in the best interests of their respective shareholders to seek other potential merger partners.
UC Hub has a restructure plan in the works and will be making announcements of such in the next few days.
