Dresner Partners Names Richard L. Wottrich Managing Director International

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - July 28, 2008) - Dresner Partners, a leading FINRA-registered, middle-market investment bank and IMAP member firm, announced today that it has named Richard L. Wottrich, managing director, international. In his new role, Mr. Wottrich will help Dresner Partners serve international clients through IMAP, an exclusive global organization of merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory firms.

Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Wottrich served as managing director and president of DSI Global M&A (DSI), an international M&A advisory firm he founded in 1992. During his tenure at DSI, the firm managed over 200 transactions ranging from start-ups and private placements to middle-market acquisitions and divestitures. These transactions spanned 15 countries and several market categories including: aerospace, agriculture, automotive, business services, energy, engineering, food and beverage, manufacturing, ship building, and technology. Mr. Wottrich is also a specialist in intellectual property (IP) and patent valuations, and has assisted over three dozen corporations in the commercialization of their IP.

Due to the depth of his international business experience, Mr. Wottrich was selected as a keynote speaker for the "2005 Summit of CEOs and Career Managers of Chinese and Foreign Enterprises" in Beijing, China, which was the first ever Chinese government-sanctioned summit. In April 2008, he also spoke at the "Greater Chicago Business Conference," held at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which included over 150 attendees from China, India, Taiwan, the U.K. and the U.S.

Mr. Wottrich holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a Master of Financial Services from The American College. He is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) in Chicago and The Chicago Council on Foreign Relations.
