Regarding Purchase of Blocks of Shares of Investment Management Companies

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums (Latvia) obtained permission from The
Financial and Capital Market Commission to buy 100% shares of investment
management company IJSC Finasta Asset Management from Invalda AB (Lithuania) 

In the May JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums signed the agreement with Invalda
AB regarding acquisition of 100% shares of IJSC Finasta Asset Management
(investment management company registered in the Republic of Latvia) and
regarding sale to Invalda AB 100% shares of IJSC Baltikums Asset Management
(investment management company registered in the Republic of Latvia). 

Investment funds of IJSC Finasta Asset Management will be transferred to IJSC
Baltikums Asset Management, which already manages 3 investment and 2 pension
funds. 

The transaction will be completed when all necessary actions and procedures are
completed.
