New Senior Executives Join TurnHere to Drive Next Phase of Company Growth

EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - July 30, 2008) - TurnHere, Inc., the leading online video solutions platform, today announced the growth of its team with the addition of three senior level personnel to its marketing, operations and legal teams. David Rich will be joining as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Jon Johnson will take on the role of senior vice president of operations and Guy Ladetzky will be serving as the company's General Counsel. The new additions will help TurnHere to take advantage of the increasing interest in its online video production and distribution services across the local, small business, real estate and publishing markets.

--  David Rich, SVP sales and marketing: a marketing professional with 20
    years of experience growing brands ranging from Fortune 500 companies to
    startups, David brings a wealth of strategy and leadership expertise to
    TurnHere. With a strong sales and marketing background, David will further
    drive TurnHere's market-leading online video strategy. Most recently, he
    was CMO of Razz, and prior, VP of Worldwide Marketing & Channel Sales at
    Kodak Gallery (formerly Ofoto). Before Kodak, David led marketing for
    Yahoo!'s Search, Classifieds and Local Media businesses.
--  Jon Johnson, SVP, operations: Jon brings 20 years of proven expertise
    in building strong teams and solutions to meet growing organizational
    needs. Before joining TurnHere, he held senior operational roles at Netflix
    as director of operations and Gymboree, in addition to more than 10 years
    of operations experience at UPS.
--  Guy Ladetzky, General Counsel: Guy joins TurnHere from Fenwick &
    West's corporate group, where he focused on start-up companies, mergers and
    acquisitions and venture capital. Previously, Guy was a securities
    litigator at Clifford Chance.
